Apostille Process
The Apostille process was established following the 1964 Hague Convention which created a treaty between nations to allow for a more simplified documentation flow. This process relies on the State Department or local Secretary of State (depending on document type) assessing the original document to determine authenticity and identify potential issues or concerns. The Apostille confirms for foreign governments that the document has gone through all appropriate channels for approval.

Embassy Process
If your public documents require authentication for recognition in a country not covered by The Hague Convention, your document will need to go through the process of Embassy Legalization.
This is a multi-tiered process that requires the document to be authenticated by the originating states’ Office of the Secretary of State, the U.S. Department of State and the corresponding embassy.
This process of authenticating or certifying the public document will ensure foreign legal systems recognize the authenticity with full legal effect.

Overseas Product Registration
Why register your products?
We guide overseas distributors engaged with US companies to obtain Import Licenses by Registering Products Globally with the Ministry of Health, Agriculture and Animal Health, and other overseas agencies so that US companies can export.
In order to protect the interests and safety of their population, every country maintains strict regulations for all products that enter their borders, specially controlled substances. So any product that goes on the body or in the body typically needs to be registered with various government agencies so that the importer can get the clearance to import and sell such products within their borders. This applies to pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, medical device products, animal nutrition, cosmetics, etc.
An Exporter cannot export unless the Importer is cleared to import the goods into the country. Our overseas product registration service makes this a smooth experience.
